The company Yvan’s SPRL (Galerie de la Reine 12-16, 1000 Bruxelles, TVA BE 0862.273.976) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides the following privacy policy.

The company can be contacted by phone at +3225121818, by email info@yvans.be and by mail at the head office’s address. The User hereby declares that he has read and accepted the following Policy when visiting the website yvans.be.

Protection of personal data

The Company reserves the right to collect and process personal data of its Clients, including last name, first name and email. This collection of data is done in the framework of the newsletter’s campaign clearly specified to the User.

This collection of data isn’t mandatory for the User nor to use the website yvans.be.

The Company uses the personal data of its clients for the following purposes: sending newsletter and managing its clients.

The data is kept for a period of 10 years. The data is processed by the Company and its service providers, who act as subcontractors, such as the host of the Site.

The Company takes all the necessary measures to protect personal data, to preserve its integrity and confidentiality, and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties.

Rights of the User

In accordance with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy and the processing of personal data, and from 25 May 2018, with the European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the User has the right to access his data, to request their rectification, deletion or transfer.

The User declares that his data are valid and up to date. The User may also object to the processing of his data. These written requests can be sent to the Company by email or by post.

Complaints in case of non-compliance with the regulations can be addressed to the Belgian Commission for the Protection of Privacy (which will become the Data Protection Authority from May 25, 2018) to the following email address commission@privacycommission.be .
